#101 is a 1st floor flat with a dunes view. Many of our guests appreciate staying at this specific unit as it is an end unit, which makes it more private. The condo is 1160 sq ft and is 22′ wide with plenty of room. Your family will love the high def 75″ TV and love the comfy 6-person sectional and the recliner. The sectional is not a sleeper, but you may use it for sleeping (please remember to pack bedding as it is not provided for the sofa).
