During the winter months there is a heated pool and hot tub for you to enjoy. Sleeping options include a king size bed in the master bedroom as well as a murphy bed in the living area. The Mayan Princess one bedroom condos boast large open concept living spaces. MP215 is a newly remodeled condo with cable television, a sofa and sitting chair, and floor to ceiling panoramic ocean view windows in the living area. There is a walk out balcony with polywood style chairs and table.

KITCHEN AND DINING

Whether sitting at the dining table for four or cooking up dinner in this newly renovated custom kitchen, You will catch yourself gazing out at the Gulf of Mexico. This custom kitchen is outfitted with stainless appliances, breakfast bar style granite counters, updated cabinets, and kitchen amenities to make you feel at home. Amenities include a 12 cup coffee maker and a Keurig K cup.

MASTER BEDROOM

The master bedroom features a king size bed, walk in shower, lavatory, dual sink vanity, and plenty of suitcase and clothing storage. There is a privacy door between the bedroom and lavatory/shower.
