Deposits: Must be paid by cash or credit card (only Discover, Visa, & Mastercard are accepted).
Age Policy:
You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation and staying on property the entire length of your reservation.
Booking Fee:
Each unit reserved will be charged a $15(+Tax) Non-Refundable booking fee.
Daily Rentals: Deposit Policy
Require a $300 deposit (or entire balance if less than $300) plus tax which is due at the time of making reservation - The entire remaining balance is due upon check-in.
Monthly Rentals: Deposit Policy
Require a deposit of $300.00 at the time of making reservation - entire remaining balance of the 1st month is due upon check-in. You may pay the remaining balance for your entire stay at this time, or you may pay each month's rent no later than the 1st day of each subsequent month.
Date Change Policy: You may change the dates on your reservation once without being charged a fee, however in doing so, you will not be able to receive any portion of your deposit back should you decide to cancel your reservation at a later time. Changing the dates on your reservation more than once will result in a $50 fee per instance. Regardless of the number of times dates are changed, the reservation must be used within 1 yr of the original arrival date.
Cancellation Policies:
Daily rentals must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to arrival date for deposit refund. Monthly reservations must be cancelled at least sixty (60) days in advance for refund of deposit. Monthly cancellations made post sixty (60) day deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.
