**Two (2) Night Min. Stay Required / Three (3) Nights Min. Required on all Holidays**
Deposits: Must be paid by cash or credit card (only Discover, Visa, & Mastercard are accepted).
Age Policy:
You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation and staying on property the entire length of your reservation.
Booking Fee:
Each unit reserved will be charged a $15(+Tax) Non-Refundable booking fee.
Daily Rentals: Deposit Policy
Require a deposit of $300.00 at the time of making reservation - entire remaining balance of the reservation is due upon check-in.
Monthly Rentals: Deposit Policy
Require a deposit of $300.00 at the time of making reservation - entire remaining balance of the 1st month is due upon check-in. You may pay the remaining balance for your entire stay at this time, or you may pay each month's rent no later than the 1st day of each subsequent month. For monthly rentals only, payment by check is preferred.
Date Change Policy:
You may change your reservation once prior to the 7 day cancellation period without being charged a fee. There is a $50 charge for each time you change your reservation. However in doing so, you will not be able to receive any portion of your deposit back should you decide to cancel your reservation at a later time. The date must be within 1 year of the original arrival date. Regardless of the number of times dates are changed, the reservation must be used within 1 yr of the original arrival date.
Cancellation Policies:
Daily rentals must be cancelled seven (7) days prior to arrival date for deposit refund. Monthly reservations must be cancelled at least sixty (60) days in advance for refund of deposit. Monthly cancellations made post sixty (60) day deadline will result in forfeiture of deposit.
No Pets Accepted.
BBQ Pits not allowed on Balconies.
